Whenever we bring on a new client or whenever a new client finds their way to JM2, there is one question we always lead with once they choose our services.

It's a question that most businesses ask, but as with everything we do at JM2 , it's a little different than most and requires a lot more consideration and thought before we begin.

Every Business is Different

We understand that every business is different. While each business understandably wants generally the same thing when it comes to financial success and happy customers, the route they want to take is different and for many businesses, deeply personal and integral to the core of their entire business. We understand this and that is why we take such great joy in talking with business owners not only about they want from us, but what they want from themselves.

Every Business Communicates Differently

All communication is not created equal. With such a wide variety of businesses covering and equally wide spectrum of markets, niches, and specialties, it's easy to see the different ways businesses choose to communicate with their clients and with us. We understand why some businesses would choose to speak over the phone rather than through email. We also understand why some would choose to speak through text messaging rather than spend time on the phone. We make sure to understand the clearest, most concise way to get in contact with businesses and they have the clearest way to contact us.

Our philosophy has always been honesty (this is our rule #1) and transparency in our services. There's no reason to hide costs unless you have something to hide. We've found that those who hide fees charge more successful businesses more money because they can. We do not feel this is the way America was meant to be. We believe in offering a fair price to everyone for the work that is done.

We also believe that once you sign on with us, you trust us, and as our thank you to you, we "price lock" our services for the plan(s) you signed up for at that time. This means while you are on those services, the price will always be the same. As business owners, we appreciate this as it allows us to budget our business expenses better.
