Being Spoiled in the Best Way

Being spoiled is often looked at as not being a good thing. To receive anything you want, when you want without regards to the consequence of obtaining it is generally considered not a healthy way to go about life.

However, as a member of JM2 Webdesigners, I can't help but admit that we are in the business of spoiling our employees and our customers. We're guilty as charged but it's not entirely a bad thing. In fact, we feel it's a very good thing. Hear us out.

We Believe in the Very Best

We strongly believe in having the best at JM2, as it allows us to do what we love to do best: serve our passionate and dedicated clients. We do not hesitate when it comes to purchasing a new addition for the office if we know it will serve our clients in a way that benefits them. "Can this help a business grow as well as help us serve them better?" If the answer is yes, we've most likely already added it to our shopping cart.

We have had situations where we bought a new camera as we knew a higher quality one would benefit our clients and the options we were offering them. There have been times when we obsessed over carpet color, deciding which one would be the best not just in terms of what we want, but what our clients would feel most comfortable with when they came into the office.

We Make the Best for the Best

That doesn't mean every decision is locked behind only the client's best interest. While the client is a primary focus, keeping staff morale high is also a primary focus at JM2. The latest addition to the office includes a standing desk that after passing a test run will be given to all employees to use and take advantage of. It's just another example of keeping everyone's best interest in mind and being aware of what will make everyone work at their maximum efficiency.

I believe in working for what you take. I also believe in giving the people you serve everything they need to find success, even if it means giving them a little more than they originally expected. If it means adding an extra feature for a client at no additional cost, let's go for it. If it means making the administration end of the website update instantly for the JM2 staff, do it and do it quickly.

Businesses Deserve Everything they Need to Succeed

I don't like spoiled people, but in the end, we can't help spoiling our clients to make sure they have everything they would need to find success. I've come to accept it, though. Because in the end, I would rather spoil a business that deserves it than hold them back and prevent them from becoming the business they deserve to be.
