Yesterday we talked at the Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce AM Valpo event. We announced two items and couldn't fully get out the third within our 30-seconds we were allocated. That's okay as that is one of the great benefit of being able to write articles. Starting in 2018 we are giving away as part of our own marketing a free story about your growing business. Not only will this be for businesses in and around Valparaiso Indiana where we are located but anywhere within the United States. Below is the announcement of what is coming in 2018.
I couldn't tell you about the biggest news yesterday. I started to talk about our new full-time content writer starting this month. That isn't the big news though even though it is big news. Every business has a story about how we began, what we do, why we do it, and that story needs to be told to be heard. We write a minimum of two stories a month for our business improvement social plan clients to improve their search engine rankings but what about those that are not on a social plan or not even our clients? Starting in 2018 we will be writing about you as well for free. This could seem odd and strange to give something away for free but it's not. It has several benefits:
What's the catch as there is always a catch? You have to be within one hours drive of Valparaiso Indiana (we can't drive to California even though we would love to – but we have a solution for that)! Beyond your unique story being told, people learning about you, and your dream being learned about. The only true “catch” is that you only get one story so we want it to be great (which your story is – right?). Every story will be a page (or two) of written text, have one picture, and link to your business website. You also will be emailed the final draft to approve the story so that any inaccuracies are corrected and fixed. Once you approve the story will be published and you will be given the link.
To get in the queue for your story to be heard all you need to do is email story@jm2marketing.com and you'll be added to the list.
Faraway businesses your story too can be told. Rather than our content writer going to you (or even if you are within an hour's drive) you can write your story and we'll publish it for you. Send us your story with a picture related to your story (this can be your logo as well). We require the image to be at least 1,200 pixels wide (not sure – we'll help you out there too!).
