Do I need a dedicated website?

No. If you don't have a website, we will add you to our My Brilliance CRM site as a subdomain. 

Example: https://demo.mybrilliancecrm.com where the "demo" is replaced by a short version of your business name without any spaces. This means you don't have to have a website domain or change anything within your company to utilize Brilliance CRM.
