In the steps below the following are what you will need to have access to:

  • Access to Event Logs
  • Access to Application Settings (Advanced)

Reading Previously Received Emails

  • Click on Event Logs
  • Enter in Email and press enter in the Category field
    • This will show all Success and Failure emails that have been generated by the system
  • To view the entry click on the magnifying glass
