How is billing handled?

We require that all accounts be under a credit card and will be billed out on a monthly schedule from your start date or annually on your annual renewal date. Payments are always paid for the month of service. If your pay on September 1st your service is for the entire month of September. We do recommend people paying annually. First, it's cheaper by 33% but also guarantees that your website is operational as monthly if your credit card were declined and we couldn't reach you we would have to turn off your website until payment is made.
