You'll be selling our marketing services — websites, SEO, reputation management, social media management — from Fawkes Digital Marketing (View Services).
You'll also offer Brilliance CRM, our cutting-edge customer relationship management software (View Brilliance CRM).
What You Should Know
- This is a 100% performance-based position. No base salary. You earn commissions based on what you sell — just like real entrepreneurship.
- If you average one sale per week of our regular product, you could earn $17+/hour or $60,000/year. If you sell two, our preferred, the numbers double, three they triple, etc. Of course, selling zero garners you zero.
- Top performers can easily break into six-figure territory.
What You Need to Succeed
- A strong work ethic — your income matches your effort.
- Self-motivation — we'll support you, but you must lead yourself.
- Ability to follow clear directions and communicate professionally.
- Basic tech setup — computer, phone, and internet access.
- A valid driver's license, car, and insurance for in-person sales when needed.
- Must be legally able to work in the U.S.
You'll track your leads in our CRM system to maximize your follow-ups and use our automation tools to close deals more efficiently.
You'll also stay in touch with customers to foster long-term success and upsell opportunities.

Yes. There is no base salary. You earn based on the sales you make. This setup rewards hard workers who want to control their own income without caps.
We found that when we had to pay hourly the commission percent was lower and once a sales representative started achieving success that they actually made less money (which means the company made more).
This stopped people from working harder and just doing the minimums. By being based this way it's 100% performance based allowing you to set your own destiny.
A motivated rep making one sale per week (website + maintenance) would earn around $60,000 per year. Top performers who close 2+ deals per week have six-figure potential.
If you do the bare minimum you will make more at McDonald's. This is why we try and talk everyone out of the position as we only want those that believe in themselves and want to better their lives while helping us grow our company.
You'll be selling the following services:
- Websites
- Search Engine Optimization or SEO
- Reputation Management
- Social media management services
- Brilliance CRM software
And that is just the start. There's a lot more!
You will primarily generate your own leads through networking, prospecting, and outreach. However, we provide marketing materials, CRM access, and inbound leads when they come in to support you.
Every lead that you put into our system we will continually reach out to them and give them free marketing tips and tricks, ideas to help them grow their businesses, and more. We do this to keep our name in front of them and when they do become a customer the customer is yours.
We offer onboarding to teach you about our services, CRM system, and sales process. Ongoing support is available, but you must be proactive and self-driven in your daily work.
We answer all the key questions that you will get each day. We give you tips and tricks to help and we will do everything we can to make you a success.

Yes. This is a remote-friendly position. You'll need reliable internet, a phone, and a computer. However, having a car helps if you choose to meet clients locally for faster trust-building. Since 2017, we have been 100% able to work remotely using our software.

Since this is commission-based, no sales means no earnings. This opportunity is for people who want full control over their income — and are willing to put in the effort to build it.

- Customer Upgrades: Your commission goes up.
- Customer Downgrades: Your commission goes down.
- Customer Leaves: Your commission goes to zero.
We collect two types of payments from customers.
- One-time: the customer pays once and never again for that service. You receive that the week after the money is deposited into our company account.
- Recurring:the customer pays either monthly, quarterly, or annually. You receive that the week after the money is deposited into our company account.

- We just talk and learn what you want long term to see if we have the same goals.
- I go over everything and do everything in my power to TALK YOU OUT of it as we want those that truly will work hard and make six figures.
