Description


Responsibilities

Each day you will contact prospects that you need to find yourself. We will give you tools and direction of wherewe always see the best results. Some will come in through the website which we pass onto you or through phone calls. These are passed around in a rotating basis. Don't count on them though as to earn an income you need to work for it.

  • Our target customer are those that have 50 employees or less that want to grow their business and add to their bottom line.
  • Any business will work as long as they adhere to all applicable laws (e.g., nothing illegal!).
  • Prepare quotes and answer questions. Most won't need a quote as we have everything streamlined and those that do you fill out an Excel spreadsheet and save it as a PDF.
  • After the sale, we do our best to keep the clients calling the internal departments rather than you. We can't guarantee this as people will often do what they wish to do but after a couple calls they learn.
  • Log all information about leads and your new clients into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Log all information about current customers you talk to about work to be done that you find out through conversation with them to keep our customer service awesome.

Qualifications

  • Be honest and not afraid to let a prospective client know we would not be a good fit and be able to recommend other companies to help them out that fit their needs. It's not about just getting money. If we can't help them we're not doing any good for them or ourselves.
  • If you like making excuses then this position is not for you.
  • Be a great listener (listen MORE than you talk)
    • This is about learning about the client and not talking about your life.
    • Do not push your ideas/beliefs onto the client. This is their business and they know how to run it or they wouldn't be doing it.
  • This position requires a friendly demeanor where you will be tasked with talking to people you may not know.
  • Often people will be rude as that is their nature and we can't control that.
  • Be able to accept a lot more NO's than YES's
  • Be well organized.
  • Have great verbal and written skills.
  • Not be afraid to ask questions.
  • Willing to say "I don't know but will find out" and be able to follow-up and answer the "I don't know's".
  • Able to manage your time wisely.
  • Not be pushy.
  • Be punctual.

Wage Information

This is commission based. There is no quota limit. We have a guide that if followed should give you two sales per week. When the boss goes out, he will usually get two plans each week. Payout: $600 per client you signup. We pay out once the client pays.

Our philosophy has always been honesty (this is our rule #1) and transparency in our services. There's no reason to hide costs unless you have something to hide. We've found that those who hide fees charge more successful businesses more money because they can. We do not feel this is the way America was meant to be. We believe in offering a fair price to everyone for the work that is done.

We also believe that once you sign on with us, you trust us, and as our thank you to you, we "price lock" our services for the plan(s) you signed up for at that time. This means while you are on those services, the price will always be the same. As business owners, we appreciate this as it allows us to budget our business expenses better.
