The Valpo Shirts Contest

We are launching a apparel design contest. The design should fit onto a shirt or hoodie or another apparel item. It should scale and be visible at any size. Contest ends on 7/20 at 5 pm CST.

Rules

• Must be a vector graph (Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Printable PDF, or EPS file)
• 1 entry per person
  • Must provide your full legal name
  • Address (Country, Street, City, State, and Zip - will not be made public)
  • Email address for correspondence
  • Phone number for correspondence
• File size submitted should be 10 meg or less
• Work must be original and not violate any copyright or trademark laws
• Cannot be racist or attacking of others (organizations, people, objects, etc.)
  • Without limiting any representations, the Sponsor has the right (though not the obligation) to, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, reject or remove from the Sponsor's websites, servers and computer systems any Entry that, in the Sponsor's sole discretion, violates these Rules or any applicable Sponsor policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant or Entry at the Sponsor's sole discretion. No correspondence shall be entered into regarding Sponsor's decision.

• 9 judges
• Contest entries must be entered before 7/20/2019 at 5:00 pm Central Standard Time (CST)
• Judging takes place between 7/21/2019 and 7/31/2019
• Winners announce on 8/1/2019
• No cash value on winning prize (no cash out)
• Every submission is owned by the submitter
  • We believe in artists and your creativity and the work is yours!
• You consent to having your information published if you are a winner

Judging Criteria

When we judge among all contestants the following will be the criteria the judges will use:

• 100 points maximum
  • Artwork submitted is vectored (Maximum 50 points)
  • Number of colors used (Maximum 10 points)
    • 1 point per color used
  • Scales from small (2") to large (12") and looks great (Maximum 15 points)
  • Judges preference (Maximum 25 points)
    • Each judge has free reign to determine what this means to him/her
