Contact Form Settings and Viewing

Prerequisites

In the steps below the following are what you will need to have access to:

  • Access to Event Logs
  • Access to Application Settings (Advanced)

Checking Where Emails Go

  • Click on Application Settings (Advanced)
  • Enter in Contact and press enter in the Category field
  • Enter in Mail and press enter in the Field Name field
    • You will see Mail To, Mail Cc, and Mail Bcc for the email addresses to send to.
    • You can enter multiple email addresses by separating them with either a comma or a semi-colon
  • If you need to make a change to one click on the pencil to edit that entry
    • When editing make certain that ACTIVE is checked as that is a requirement
