No, we cannot, nor can anyone guarantee results. So, our answer is no with an asterisk. If together we do what is defined below, the asterisk is that we can ensure that we will meet or exceed the 15% target we set for every customer for year-over-year growth. There are always unknown variables that no one can foresee (e.g., think pandemic). What we do is work with you, and encourage you, to contact us to discuss concerns, ideas, and keep us informed of new products and services your business is doing.

Rule #1. We believe in straight-up honesty. Rule #1 became the foundation of our owner. It is our driving principle for everything we do. We always believe honesty is the best policy, and if all the above is met, honesty will never come into question.

Who. We have the best growth with entrepreneurs, local small businesses, and not-for-profit organizations that want to grow.

Communications. When businesses work together, they need synergy for success. Achieving this requires continual communication. We feel this is like a relationship. If a company doesn't communicate, objectives are lost and goals missed. When this happens, neither side will be happy with the results.

Value. We need to work with a business that sees the value in its marketing efforts. Yes, you can often get a full tax deduction on your marketing effort and justify spending a lot, but that doesn't mean you spend money and do not value it. Your marketing efforts require both of us to work together. When a business loves its marketing, it will put in the effort to help make it successful. Marketing alone will not make your business grow no matter how much we wish that were true.

Time Evaluation. Building off of value, when a business owner doesn't value their time, they don't value those working around them, whether it is a marketing company or an employee. If a business owner's entire thought process is "I can do that for free" (or another related saying). Business thrives when business owners work to build a team that is focused on the company's growth.

Community. We work with businesses that are vested in their community. We know money is a key factor for success and growth. This should not be your sole driving factor. We agree companies like Walmart, Target, etc., will put millions into the communities. We believe this is great, but locally owned small businesses can do more with less physical dollars. Locally owned small businesses are vested in the community and give something more valuable, their time and love. We believe this equates to a stronger community.

In addition to our community support, we have created a directory called Valpo Shelter that helps those in need within the State of Indiana. We do this through the support of community members in and out of Indiana. This helps men, women, and families that are in need. We give a portion of our annual profits to support this as well.

Partnership. We work best with those that want to grow together. Our success is entirely based on your success. If you don't succeed, we also fail, and we are the type that does not want to fail.

Bills. We hate them, but they are necessary. We become your employee and need to be paid. This may seem obvious, but for us to pay our team that is working for you, we need you to pay us so we can pay them. This should never be a problem based on we have either a credit card on file or ACH check withdrawal.
